Covenant Staffing Services
Covenant Staffing Services is Covenant Health's own staffing agency. We provide professional temporary/PRN staff to only Covenant Health facilities. We are committed to excellence in both quality and customer service, and deliver only experienced staff members who have participated in an extensive orientation program.
Employees of Covenant Staffing enjoy the flexibility and excitement of working for a staffing agency while also being an integral member of the Covenant Health team. Because we are part of the Covenant Health team, our staff members help ensure continuity of quality care within our facilities.
We offer a variety of settings from acute care facilities and physician offices to home care and out patient clinics. By having flexibility in scheduling, we can meet the needs of our client as well as our staff. Our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

- Arrange a personal interview with Karen Bull (865-374-8119), hiring director for Covenant Staffing Services. Please bring the following items to your interview:
- TN license (professional license)
- Certification cards (BLS, ACLS, CCRN)
- Valid drivers license
- Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or current Passport
- Proof of automobile insurance
- Successful completion of drug screen, physical assessment, background check and Covenant Staffing Services departmental orientation
