    As a valued employee, you'll receive a host of benefit options. Regular full-time (72 hours per pay period) and regular part-time employees (32 hours per pay period) are eligible.

  • Retirement Plans
       401(k) Retirement Plan: You may contribute up to the IRS maximum limit ($14,000 in 2005, $15,000 in 2006). You will be eligible for this plan after 90 days or your 21st birthday, whichever is later. Covenant Health will match your contribution dollar for dollar up to 6% of your salary*. The 401(k) plan has a 5 year step vesting schedule for the employer match contributions. We offer several investment options through our third party administrator, Fidelity Investments.

    * Fort Loudoun Medical Center up to 4% match, Fort Sanders West Outpatient Surgery Center and Covenant Medical Management physicians up to 3% match, Covenant Medical Management non physicians receive no match. Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge is not eligible for the 401(k) plan.

  • Paid Time Off/Sick Leave/Family Wellness Leave*
    Fathers and Sons can enjoy Paid Time Off   Paid Time Off (PTO), sick leave and family/wellness leave is accrued each pay period. Family/wellness hours may be used for doctor or dental appointments, caring for a sick child, and/or to care for immediate family members during illness.
