Want to know a little more about why you should consider Roane Medical Center before coming to our event? We asked Bethany, one of our employees, to tell us why Roane.

“I love working at Roane Medical Center because the culture here is unlike anything I’ve been a part of. We have incredibly supportive leadership, and we’ve got a great team of people who care about the community and care about their patients. This has been the biggest blessing to work at a facility that has so much invested in their staff and their community.”

Roane Medical Center, a member of Covenant Health, is a small community hospital with a reputation for putting our patients first. Located less than 25 miles from West Knoxville, our beautiful campus is less than 6 years old and equipped with state-of the-art technology. We are committed to innovation, and our facility tests and implements many new programs and systems for Covenant Health. Because Roane has a little less than 300 employees, our nurses enjoy visibility that can be hard to come by in a larger hospital. We are known for our teamwork and investing in your personal and professional growth, helping you to succeed.

You may be asking yourself, “What makes Covenant Health different?”
