Your family is important to us, too. That’s why we pay the full costs of Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for full-time and part-time employees – to provide your family with a little security if something were to happen to you.
Sometimes we all need a little guidance. Whether you are struggling with life, relationship, professional, financial, or family issues, we’ve teamed up with Humana to provide you with a confidential source of assistance. You’re interested in talking with a life coach to help define your goals? Check. You would like to go see a local therapist to talk through your struggles? Done. You can’t find childcare and need help? Covered. Covenant Health employees and those living in their households receive up to 8 free visits/consultations for each event with this program!
Isn’t it nice to know you have support in times of an emergency? WeCare is Covenant Health’s system-wide employee giving program, allowing employees to donate personal contributions and support their community in ways that are meaningful to them. Employees can designate their contributions among about 70 WeCare “funds” that range from scholarship programs for clinical education to supporting our medical outreach programs in their communities.
WeCare is probably best known, however, for providing financial assistance to patients and to our Covenant Health employee family. Contributions can be used to help patients who may need help paying for medications or personal items. Or, they may be designated for an employee assistance fund to help coworkers facing unexpected personal or family expenses. In 2019, employees raised more than $600,000 to help our own.

“For years I’ve been a supporter of WeCare – I would have never imagined that I would be in a situation where I would need assistance. On Saturday, March 1, our home of 18 years was destroyed by fire. We lost everything, including one of our toy poodles, Lucy. We were able to salvage a few items, but not many. We are left in the aftermath dealing with insurance claims and trying to regroup. WeCare was there for us when we needed help and for that I am thankful. I am very proud to be a small part of something that touches lives when they are at their lowest and are in need.”

You can set aside up to $5,000 per year to be reimbursed for dependent care expenses.

Credit unions exist to serve their member-owners, so our goal is 100% member satisfaction achieved through the best possible service. Membership is open to all Covenant Health employees, and once you’re a member, you’re always a member. Covenant Health Credit Union is a full-service financial institution whose non-profit status allows them to offer competitive loan and savings rates.
We want to help you pay off your student loan debt faster so that you can focus on other financial goals. That’s why we launched our Student Loan Repayment Assistance Program*. We contribute a set amount every month toward the principal amount of your student loans – a potential savings of several thousand dollars over the duration of the loan repayment! Since this program launched in April, we’ve already had over 800 enrollees.
